Permissions

Unauthorized / Missing Permissions
One of the common reasons you see this is due to the issue you do not have the required permissions to use that command. Please refer to our About for more information on how our custom permissions work.
If you are a manager or the user who invited (added) the bot to the server, you should automatically receive Exorion Ownership. Contact our support server if your permissions still say Member only.
This error could also mean you are trying to use components / menus that do not belong to you. Only if somebody else has first operated a command and you attempt to edit it, you will receive a block.
Incorrectly Specified a Member and/or using components that do not belong to you
This could be due to numerous reasons. One of the few main issues for this error is you trying to moderate or manage a user who has permissions above your current permission.
Another reason being is you did not correctly specify a member to manage/operate on.
Why can I not add/remove these roles to persons
This is primarily because an Administrator has set safe roles in the @Exorion settings command and cannot be manually bypassed.
This feature is created for server's to ensure the top server security when using our service and not allow rogue admin's to raid.
Customization
There is a channel which is incorrectly setup or no longer exists
This can be the cause for you attempting to use a command that is part of an un-setup module, to fix this, please see the /customization and /settings commands.
If the channel no longer exists because you may have deleted it, then this error is telling you that the previous bound channel is non-existent and a new setup to function as intended, such as Sessions channel, infractions channel.
ERLC Management
I forgot my custom passkey
If this happens, please double check capitalization and spelling checks. All custom set keys are case-sensitive and need to be equal to your passord.
If you have forgotten your password on the other hand, you can request a new one by emailing us @ [email protected] or join our support server and open a Core Team ticket, we'll be able to assist you further.
My ERLC API key is wrong or will not set properly
If this happens, it's most likely a faulty key setup and needs to be re-configured. Please seek further information over at Private Server Management page of this documentation.
However, if your key returns a status code of 2004 please ask PRC for support as your key is possibly banned from accessing their API.
Moderation
Error message when I manage somebody in my server (Multiple Errors)
This error message is associated with quite a few things, mostly common in our moderation commands. Occasionally, this issue can be caused by an improper role setup. in-order for Discord permissions to work, move @Exorion role's above everything else so it can function as intended and have less frequent issues. Always check your Exorion Permissions too!
Error with 'Member not in Server'
This error message will show itself if the bot cannot find the mentioned user in your ban command. Please use the MEMBER_IDfield and try again.
Invalid Timeout Duration
This means you tried muting somebody that is greater than 27 days, or you did not use the right format for muting, ('3m, 3 minutes, 3d, 3 days').
