Manage your staff team directly with custom punishments!

Page Introduction

You have the flexibility to customise the embed messages for staff infractions and promotions. This allows you to modify elements like colour, title, and description to match your specific branding and communication style, ensuring consistency and professionalism in your notifications.

See the Variables page to make use of variables in custom messages for this module ONLY.

This module requires the SETUP_COMMANDS enabled to be able to use this.

Creating a new Message

So making the new message is as easy as nothing. First things first is bring up the prompt to create your custom message /customise infractions.

Setting a Title

A title can be a way to give your embed message more meaning to it

Press submit once your happy with your custom title and watch the embed update live.

Setting a Description

A description is directly in the middle of the embed. It is required and cannot be left empty.

Once finished, press submit and watch the embed update live. All external / custom emojis and items can be used as long as if Exorion shares a mutual server with said emoji.

Setting Images/Icons

Setting images can be great for really making Exorion messages really unique to you.

Once you have added your images either from Google or Discord > Copy Image Link. The embed will show your new images in wherever you put them.

GIF's/Tenors may or may not load properly inside of the embeds. If an issue occurs, try a smaller file or seek some assistance from our support server.

Setting a Plain Message

If you do not want an embedded response, choose to edit the regular message using

Embed components (grey buttons) will be un-usable when there is a removed embed.

When your ready, use Submit to update your existing content and watch the message update live.

Add a Custom Ping

If the menu 'Mention a role / user' does not list you many options, add a ping yourself.

This can also be used to write text with the embed using \n after a word to create a new line.

This is considered an advanced setup

Once happy with your custom ping or menu applied mention, the ping will be added once finished.

Frequently Asked Question

"Did Exorion ping my server already when I added a new mention before finishing?"

No, although you may see the highlight on the message usually indicating a ping, but this only shows when the message updates. Nobody in your server was pinged before finishing so do not worry!

Clearing Spaces

If you are not happy with something and don't want it showing, edit the item as normal but leave the form space blank. Some items are required and cannot be left blank such as the Embed Title.

You cannot clear a footer text with a footer icon present

You can clear entire messages in the editor to reset it to default. This can be done by pressing the button labelled

Settings Menu

This section primarily focuses on configuring the Infraction module and its specific settings.

If you are unable to see INFRACTIONS in the settings dropdown menu, please head to Modules > Infractions and re-open your settings command.

Select 'modules' and enable Infractions in-order to see it on the list

Edit Preferences

Preferences are all the infractions settings in one place, this is for managing, maximum infractions, suspension time, channel and role configuration.

You can always manage your infraction settings at any time you need by accessing the PREFERENCES tab

Punishment Types

Custom Punishments can be used and be labelled whatever you want. They will be used when you infract a staff member: /infraction issue. Remember to leave a comma and space for every NEW punishment type in-order for it too work.

Managing Suspensions

Exorion allows you to customise how long either, manual or automatic suspensions last for.

Cannot exceed or be greater than 3 days.

Automatic Suspensions

In-order for an auto-suspension to work efficiently you are able to set the maximum allowed infractions before an automatic staff suspension will take place.

Channels & Roles

Use the selected menus labelled 'Suspension Role', 'Promotions Channel' and 'Infractions Channel' to set the channels where promotions and staff punishments will be sent too.

A suspension role is required setup to work with the setting Suspension Time.

A Custom suspension time cannot be greater than 5 days.

Preset Punishments

Exorion features custom pre-sets which allows you to select a punishment and a reason twice the speed when infracting a staff member using /infraction issue.

Preset punishments are still in BETA and not available for public use.
